When can I move in?
If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime during our business hours Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm

How much notice do I need to give when I move out?
We require 30 day written notice before you move out. Our staff will go over that process during the time of the contract.

What type of documentation do I need to provide to rent a space?
All you need is a government issued form of ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport). Unfortunately, we cannot lease a storage unit without a proper form of government identification.

What about insurance?
We care about your contents. Insurance is required to rent a storage space. Contact an insurance professional for more details.

How do I make a payment?
We have an automatic payment option for our customers, this system will make sure that you always pay on time, avoiding late fees and other disruptions to your storage services.

Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?
Yes, we sell boxes and other storage supplies in our office. Stop on in and we will help you out.

How do I know how much storage space I will need?
You can either use storage solutions on our website or call the manager for assistance at the location you are looking to rent at.

Can I stop by to view the facility and storage spaces? Or do I need an appointment?
Stop by anytime during business hours and we would love to help you.

Do I need to bring my own lock?
No! We supply DaVinci uncuttable locks for a small fee. We want the best locks protecting your goods.

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids or flammable materials, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions about a specific item.

Are there handcarts/dollies available at the facility?
Yes. You are welcome to use the complimentary carts to move in.
